Accountancy

Registration

In line with the Statement of Recommended Practice on Accounting and Reporting by Charities, which requires trustees of registered charities to identify the major risks facing the organisation and to implement systems to mitigate them, we advise on all aspects of total risk management.

Taxation
As part of our payroll service we advise on all aspects of PAYE and the completion of annual returns for the Inland Revenue. We also provide expert advice on the complex issues of VAT as it affects the voluntary sector. This includes advice on the practical and tax implications of grant funding.

Training
We work with boards of trustees and management committees to provide training on a variety of subjects including, management responsibilities, internal control procedures, and understanding financial statements.
