Terry is now a consultant for Burton Sweet in business relating to personal trusts and estates taxation services. He provides specialist tax advice and financial planning guidance. As well as being a Chartered Accountant he is also a Chartered Tax Advisor.
Terry is a trusts and estates expert, advising in connection with tax efficient wills, inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.
In recent years he has developed an unusual specialism. This involves tax planning for mineral landowners throughout the UK, often recovering large tax refunds for clients when a mineral lease over the land terminates.
Terry enjoys playing golf and supports Watford FC (someone has to!).
