Starting
We will have discussed the most appropriate trading entity within which to operate the business and if appropriate assisted you with setting up a limited company or partnership and other basic legal agreements required (liasing with other professionals as necessary). Based on the business plan we will then have dealt with all the appropriate registrations with the statutory authorities – PAYE , VAT, Income Tax/Corporation Tax/CIS certificate etc. (Our payroll bureau service will be able to deal with the troublesome PAYE calculations for you)
Ongoing Support
We will work with you to review and report on actual performance, comparing results to budgets and reviewing variances. This can involve attendance at regular meetings or agreed contact by phone or e-mail. Regular review will incorporate personal financial planning issues as the business becomes stable and it prudent to consider matters such as income & asset protection. It will also revisit your plans for you leaving the business to ensure that this remains on track or dealing with revisions as these arise.
Ongoing annual compliance functions of accounts preparation, taxation and (if necessary) audit will keep you up to date and can be offered as a fixed fee package to you so you can remain in control of your professional costs.
