Keeping consistent track of your finances can be complex.

One way to take control of your numbers is to maintain accurate digital records, which clearly communicate the position and performance of your organisation, keeping all the vital information in one place, so you can make more informed decisions.

At Burton Sweet, our team work with a range of digital platforms, one of which is QuickBooks. We have found that this can be a great tool, if you want to understand your finances better.

What can QuickBooks do?

QuickBooks can help you:

  • focus on key accounting areas with helpful and easy to understand dashboards
  • link with your bank account for simple bookkeeping
  • automate bookkeeping entries
  • keep on top of tax, including Making Tax Digital compliant VAT submissions
  • pay your staff with QuickBooks payroll (additional add-on)
  • project your cash flow
  • connect to apps to transfer information more efficiently
  • keep track of your projects and funds using the ‘class’ function
  • access your information remotely with multiple users, including your accountant
